Page for selecting which initial report definitions to create.
Presents a checklist of representative ORE risk report definitions. The user can select any combination (or none). Selections are stored in the wizard for creation by ReportInstallPage. If nothing is selected this page routes directly to the summary, skipping ReportInstallPage.
