Story: Commission ores.qt.admin into codegen

This page documents a story in Product backlog — inbox, carried unfinished from Sprint 24 at close. It captures the goal, current status, acceptance criteria, and the tasks that compose it.
Goal
Take an inventory of every entity exposed by ores.qt.admin: which have a codegen model, which are still hand-rolled, and which have a hand-rolled *HistoryDialog. For entities with no model yet, author one. Then run full-stack codegen for every entity in the component and reconcile any drift, so each entity's history view lands on the generic HistoryDialog widget rather than a per-entity hand-rolled dialog.
The "Migrate ores.qt.admin's history dialogs to the generic HistoryDialog" task originally lived under Migrate ores.qt.refdata onto the generic HistoryDialog, but that story was narrowed to ores.qt.refdata only. This story tracks ores.qt.admin's commissioning as its own piece of work, and directly unblocks Retire per-entity history dialogs: Phase C rollout, which needs every ores.qt component migrated before it can proceed.

Acceptance
- Every entity in ores.qt.admin has a codegen .org model.
