Create basic manual

Resolved (deep backlog refinement, 2026-07-11): A user manual already exists and is actively maintained: doc-add-entity-chapter and doc-update-manual skills exist, devops-deploy-manual skill builds and publishes a PDF, and the manual is linked from the site per recent memory/skill catalogue entries – the underlying ask (start a manual, PDF build, site link, skill to keep it updated) has shipped, superseding this capture.

We should start populating the manual from the start. Ensure there is a claude skill that updates the manual as we add new entities. Create a PDF build for it. We can use templates from thesis. Link it to site so that yuo can browse it.
