Resolved (deep backlog refinement, 2026-07-11): grep across projects/ores.qt for 'OperationType::Delete, false, "system"' returns zero matches; all 10 matches found use 'common' (the fixed value), and CurrencyMarketTierDetailDialog.cpp's promptChangeReason call (line 273) uses the two-arg overload with no explicit category, showing the regen sweep (or equivalent fix) already completed across all entities.
