Resolved (deep backlog refinement, 2026-07-11): projects/ores.sql/create/iam/iam_service_db_grants_create.sql already contains ores_grant_execute_fn (line 230) and the refdata DML grant for synthetic_service (line 189: select _ores_grant_dml_fn('ores_refdata', :'synthetic_service_user')); git log shows commit beb3532b2 '[synthetic] Fix synthetic service DML grant' and 8857a8fa0 already addressed this drift.
