Add languages to ores.qt

This page is a capture in the next bucket of the product backlog — a pre-sprint idea, not yet pulled into a sprint as a story.

To ensure we are not hard-coding English, we should test with one or more languages we can understand. Add Portuguese, Spanish and/or French and check the application looks vaguely correct.
