Add sub-menus to shell

This page is a capture in the next bucket of the product backlog — a pre-sprint idea, not yet pulled into a sprint as a story.

There are a lot of entries in the shell main menu, we need to group them. These could be based on the component.

Notes:

• shell has no parties or counterparties commands.
• It should be possible to set the "output type" or format in the shell, from json to table. Find the correct terminology for this.
