Currencies: Currency Taxonomy Enrichment

• Goal: Enhance the ores_refdata_currencies_tbl to support logical grouping, reporting, and basic behavior defaults.
• Requirements:
  • Field 1: asset_class (Enum/Varchar) Purpose: Defines the nature of the instrument. Allowed Values: fiat, commodity (for XAU/XAG), synthetic, supranational.
  • Field 2: market_tier (Enum/Varchar) Purpose: Drives UI priority, liquidity expectations, and risk limits. Allowed Values: majors (g10), emerging, exotic, frontier, historical.
