A new explorer panel showing the party hierarchy:
- Left panel: tree of parties, with each party node expandable to show its business units.
- Right panel: when a tree node is selected, show all books, portfolios, and accounts belonging to that node.
- Toolbar: actions to add a new party/BU under the selected node, delete, copy.
- Filters: show/hide inactive parties; search by name.
This complements the existing counterparty management screen and enables administrators to navigate the full organisational hierarchy.
