Story: Upgrade Qt to latest supported version to fix macOS 15 AGL removal

Goal
CI runs on macos-latest again. The latest supported Qt version removes
the AGL dependency that broke macOS 15 (Sequoia); the macos-14 runner
pin in continuous-macos.yml can then be removed.
