Re-shoot manual screenshots showing Barclays as Acme Corporation
Table of Contents
This page is a capture in the inbox bucket of the product backlog — a pre-sprint idea, not yet pulled into a sprint as a story.
What
Five manual chapters carry real UI screenshots captured against the
barclays_plc tenant, back when Barclays Plc was the system's
reference/demo entity: chapter_tenants.org (Tenants window, showing
the barclays_plc tenant row), chapter_accounts_and_roles.org
(New Account — Parties tab, assigning to BARCLAYS PLC),
chapter_connecting.org (logging in as
tenant_admin@barclays_plc), chapter_parties.org (Party History
dialog for BARCLAYS BANK PLC), and chapter_counterparties.org
(prose mentioning "Barclays' counterparties"). Now that
Acme Corporation is the system's reference entity (see the story
below), re-shoot each of these against a freshly provisioned Acme
Corporation tenant, following How do I capture screenshots for a manual
chapter?, and update each caption/prose reference to match the new
image (e.g. acme_corporation tenant code, tenant_admin@acme_corporation,
an Acme legal entity in place of BARCLAYS PLC=/=BARCLAYS BANK PLC).
Why
The Write user manual chapter: Acme Corporation as the system's test/demo entity task deliberately left these five chapters untouched — their screenshots are real UI captures, so editing the prose without re-shooting the image would leave a caption describing something the picture doesn't show. This capture is that deferred re-shoot, so the whole manual is consistent about which entity is the system's reference/demo tenant.
