blank page.

Acceptance
- Notes copied from the legacy source into
doc/under an appropriate heading. - Notes render correctly in the generated site.
- Each note links to its upstream ORE reference where applicable.
Notes
- Total time spent in v0: ~4:41 — larger than most because of cross-referencing and cleanup during import.
Result
- Initial domain notes integrated into the project documentation tree.
