Task: Review telemetry work

Review the telemetry component landed in sprint 07: validate database persistence, sender identification, and surface fixes around the event viewer.

3. Acceptance
- Telemetry events persisted with proper sender identity (not
unknown). - Self-referential telemetry events (logging about telemetry generates telemetry) eliminated.
- Event viewer timestamps and event-type column legible.
- Accounts dialog sizing and currency cache refresh issues raised here resolved alongside.
4. Plan
Captured during execution; cleared into the parent story on close.
5. Notes
POSTPONED in v0: review identified the gaps but fixes were scheduled for a later sprint.
6. Result
Not completed in sprint 08; carried forward.
