Check Code Domain's Badge Mappings tab
Data Management > Classifications > Code Domains. Open an existing
code domain's detail dialog (double-click a row, or select + Edit).
Confirm a "Badge Mappings" tab is present alongside the main fields
tab, and that it lists entity_code -> badge_definition mappings (or
shows an empty-state message) without error. This tab (and its
backing BadgeMappingsTab class) just moved from ores.qt.refdata
into ores.qt.data_management in this same task — re-verify it
specifically since it wasn't covered by the first pass of this
scenario.
