Task: ores.shell talks oresmd natively

Make ores.shell talk oresmd natively. marketdata import stores URIs; new commands manage series by URI; every command output that names market data prints the URI.

• marketdata import keeps ORE text files as an input format and stores oresmd URIs.
• New commands exist: marketdata list series (shows URIs), marketdata add series <uri>, marketdata validate <uri>; feed control by URI.
• synthetic and crm command output names market data by URI, never by ORE key.

(Implementation strategy. Written when work starts; key decisions are distilled into the parent story's * Decisions at close, but the plan itself stays — it is the historical record of what we did.)

Manual QA scenarios (scaffolded via compass add test_scenario, run through the QA Validation Runner panel) that verify this task. Link new ones here as they're created; the scenario doc itself links back via its "Verifies task" field.

Abandoned at sprint 25 close, as part of the reset to one approach for sprint 26. The work is not in the sprint 26 plan. The done tasks stay as the record of what shipped.
