Task: Scaffold story: Hotfix: Continuous Linux gcc jobs red on further gcc-only diagnostics

The hotfix exists as documents on the branch: the story, its tasks, and the sprint 25 wiring. The work itself rides the sibling tasks.

• The story and its tasks exist under the sprint 25 directory.
• The sprint table carries a STARTED row for the story.
• The branch is pushed to the remote.

Scaffold with compass add story and compass add task, never by hand. The story carries the goal and acceptance; the tasks carry the work. The sprint row is edited only to move the story off BACKLOG, because compass writes new story rows as BACKLOG and mirrors the task state into the story without touching the sprint table.

Manual QA scenarios (scaffolded via compass add test_scenario, run through the QA Validation Runner panel) that verify this task. Link new ones here as they're created; the scenario doc itself links back via its "Verifies task" field.

The story and its three tasks are written and pushed on hotfix/ci-builds-red-gcc-test-tree-warnings-hotfix. The story holds the goal and the four acceptance bullets; the sprint table carries its row. Every acceptance bullet is met.
