Browsing the product backlog buckets: inbox (unrefined), next, deferred, discarded.

1. List a bucket:

   ./projects/ores.compass/compass.sh inbox
   

   Likewise compass next, compass deferred, compass discarded.

2. To file a new idea, use the agile-add-capture skill; to promote and groom, agile-refine-backlog.
