Building the user manual PDF after manual content changes.

1. Confirm the chapters build before publishing. The manual is assembled from many org files, and one malformed chapter fails the whole PDF.
2. Run the target from the recipe below.
3. Check the screenshots came through. A chapter carrying a [SCREENSHOT NEEDED] placeholder builds cleanly and ships a gap.
