Claude Code settings.json is older than its org source (compass bearings warns): retangle it.

1. Edit the org source, never the JSON. .claude/settings.json is generated; an edit there is lost on the next tangle without warning.
2. Tangle it through the recipe below. It must run outside the sandbox, because the tangle needs a full environment.
3. Reload before trusting it. A running session holds the settings it started with, so a new hook or permission reaches only sessions started afterwards.
