Skill sources changed and the deployed bundle is stale (compass bearings warns): rebuild and purge.

1. Rebuild the bundle:

   ./projects/ores.compass/compass.sh build --direct skills
   

1. Purge stale deployed directories — deployment does not remove them: delete any .claude/skills/<dir> with no matching doc/llm/skills/<dir>.
2. Remind the user to /reload-skills in their Claude Code session.
