Story: Sprint 04 housekeeping
Table of Contents
This page documents a story in Sprint 04. It captures the goal, current status, acceptance criteria, and the tasks that compose it.
Goal
Catch sprint-level work that doesn't deliver a product outcome but keeps the sprint legible: backlog refinement and the new pie-chart report. Also where the postponed Debian-install issue is parked.
Status
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| State | DONE |
| Parent sprint | Sprint 04 |

Acceptance
- Sprint backlog accurately tracks delivered work at close.
- A pie-chart resourcing report exists alongside the bar chart.
Tasks
| Task | State | Start | End | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sprint and product backlog refinement | DONE | 2025-11-30 | 2025-11-30 | Curate sprint 04 backlog through the sprint and groom the product backlog as work surfaces new ideas. |
| Generate a pie chart for tasks in org via R | DONE | 2025-11-30 | 2025-11-30 | Add an R-based pie chart for sprint resourcing alongside the bar chart. |
Decisions
- Pie chart joins the bar chart, not replaces it
- the bar chart remains the precise resourcing view; the pie chart is the at-a- glance variant.
Out of scope
- A second resourcing dimension (cross-sprint trends).
