Membership journeys

An account works in a party. The association decides which parties the account may act for: at sign-in an account that works in more than one party chooses one, and it can switch later. The reporting line is the other half of the same idea — it records who answers to whom inside the organisation.
Both journeys are about a person's place in the organisation rather than about their identity. The rules are strict in one direction: an account with no party is refused at sign-in.
