Profile journeys

A person is represented by more than one record. The account carries the name, photo, job title and reporting line; a separate contact record carries the address, telephone and web page. These journeys treat both as panels of one screen, because a person thinks of them as one thing.
Two of the journeys are self-service and one is the same screen in an administrator's hands. The self-service pair are the journeys with the largest known gap: the server exposes no operation for a member to change their own name, photo, job title or contact details. Only an administrator can.
